Refund/Credit Policy

Refunds are given when classes are cancelled by the Dubuque Community Y. Memberships are non-refundable. We will assist in the transfer of your membership if moving to another community. Extensions may be given for verified health reasons or membership may be transferred to another person in certain cases.

Credits - Absence from a class does not reduce the cost of operating programs. For this reason, an unavoidable absence does not result in a credit or a make-up class. Credits are for the unused portion of the class fee and will be issued when there is a medical release. Credit is good for 6 months.
